Scheduling
Steady progress depends on consistent attendance for every child. We kindly ask families to be punctual for all appointments. Should you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Please be aware that late cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice will be subject to a fee. Furthermore, frequent absences may lead to the forfeiture of your recurring spot to accommodate other patients.
Office Rules
For a secure and effective session, a caregiver must stay on the premises. We also ask that you monitor any siblings in our waiting lounge to uphold a peaceful setting. Our specialized therapy tools and equipment are for clinical sessions only and should not be used without a therapist's guidance. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and focused environment for all of our young clients.
Financial Policies
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We do not provide direct billing for insurance providers; nonetheless, we can supply the necessary documentation for you to pursue personal reimbursement. Please be advised that supplemental phone consults, school visits, or detailed reports beyond standard evaluations are billed at our standard hourly rate. Late payments may attract administrative fees.

While our staff prioritizes safety above all else, speech and feeding therapy treatment often involves physical activity and the use of diverse sensory materials. By participating in sessions at Speech Unlimited LLC, you understand and accept the potential risks inherent to therapeutic movement, play activities, and the use of professional office equipment within our facility.
